Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on orders being shipped to addresses within the state of Texas. The current Rowlett tax rate is 8.25%.
Special Handling
Due to the fragile nature of many of our products, we take extra special care to make sure the delivery of your products is in the same condition it left our location. Fragile products, such as ceramic tile and mugs, are wrapped securely with bubble wrap. In some cases these products are double-boxed.
Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. All deliveries will require a signature of the one receiving the order.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact us within 30 days for a free reprint of your order or a refund. Read our Guarantee below for more information on returns.
WSC Guarantee
We print each item as if we were printing it for one of our own. We therefore always create your products with the greatest attention to detail and care, but if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact us within 30 days for a free reprint of your order or a refund. PLEASE NOTE: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds are never given until the product in error is shipped back to us. However, all items shipped back MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization or the shipment will be rejected.

While we always create your products with the greatest attention to detail and care. However, there are some situations that can't control. WSC is not responsible for the following:
Poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or poor quality images:
Truly the old computer saying is especially true when printing images: garbage in ... garbage out. Pay close attention to our Image Quality Guidelines when ordering your product. If you upload an image to us that is below these stated Image Quality Guidelines, you may want this image used in the creation of your order, but you do so at your own risk. Especially after we require you to read this Guideline and you disregard it then the poor quality error is not on our end.
Spelling, punctuation, or accuracy errors in the text entered by the customer:
Please review your custom text carefully whether it is entered in the comments section of the order form or in your own image-editing program whenever you created the image. WSC does not proofread nor can it correct these errors.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can investigate these issues. Even if it turns out to be a user error, we will work with you to correct the error. All we ask is that you be reasonable with us because we are doing everything we can to do so for you.

All artwork submitted to, or produced by WorldSoft Corporation through JustMakeItPersonal.COM is required to be in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting a copy or other material, represents that the use by WorldSoft Corporation through JustMakeItPersonal.COM on the item(s) ordered will not violate any such laws, and WorldSoft Corporation through JustMakeItPersonal.COM hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such law in the use of the customer’s copy or other material.
What this means is: The unauthorized use of trademarks and copyrights is illegal. When you place an order using such material, we assume that you have permission. WorldSoft Corporation through JustMakeItPersonal.COM accepts no liability. In some instances we may require you to fill out a copyright release form.
Further, WorldSoft Corporation through JustMakeItPersonal.COM, also reserves the right to refuse to print anything that we deem pornographic, lewd or in extreme bad taste. Sorry but we reserve final editor approval on all printing. If your order happens to fall into this category, you will receive a complete refund and your original artwork will be returned.
